class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em><strong>PROGRAMA \u201cM\u00c1S AMBIENTE MENOS PL\u00c1STICO\u201d<br \/><\/strong><\/em><em><br \/>La Direcci\u00f3n de Medio Ambiente de Rada Tilly busca lograr de forma gradual y progresiva cambios en h\u00e1bitos de consumo y la reducci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica del uso de pl\u00e1sticos en la ciudad.<\/em><\/p><p>El programa \u201cM\u00e1s ambiente menos pl\u00e1stico\u201d se implementa con el fin de promover la reducci\u00f3n de residuos no biodegradables. El mismo se encuentra aprobado por <a href=\"http:\/\/radatilly.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/ORD-2521-20.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ordenanza N\u00b0 2521\/20<\/a> promulgada bajo Resoluci\u00f3n Municipal N\u00b0 345\/20, con su modificatoria <a href=\"https:\/\/radatilly.gob.ar\/medioambiente\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/07\/ORDENANZA-MUNICIPAL-2577-21.pdf\"> N\u00ba 2577\/21<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>COMERCIOS<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;text-align: inherit;letter-spacing: -0.015em\">Con el fin de originar acciones ambientales e institucionales tendientes a la generaci\u00f3n de conciencia y compromiso con el ambiente, el plan determina que los establecimientos comerciales s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n utilizar, entregar y poner a disposici\u00f3n de sus clientes envoltorios, elementos de empaque o embalaje y bolsas de materiales biodegradables o reutilizables que no contengan polietileno de baja densidad. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;text-align: inherit;letter-spacing: -0.015em\">Seg\u00fan lo establecido, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">se suspende la entrega de bolsas pl\u00e1sticas descartables en los comercios para realizar compras.<\/span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Adem\u00e1s no se podr\u00e1n entregar platos, vasos y sorbetes de un solo uso.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p>S\u00f3lo quedar\u00e1n exceptuados aquellos envoltorios que por cuestiones exclusivas de inocuidad y sanidad constituyan un envase primario de alimentos -como los envasados al vac\u00edo de productos c\u00e1rnicos- y los insumos hospitalarios<em>.<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;text-align: inherit;letter-spacing: -0.015em\">-&gt; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">A los comercios se sugiere poner a la vista la siguiente informaci\u00f3n: <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/radatilly.gob.ar\/medioambiente\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/07\/COMUNICADO-COMERCIOS.pdf\">COMUNICADO COMERCIOS<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;text-align: inherit;letter-spacing: -0.015em\"><i><br \/><\/i><b>\u00bfQU\u00c9 MATERIALES S\u00cd SE PUEDEN USAR?<\/b><\/span><\/p><p>Los materiales no biodegradables podr\u00e1n reemplazarse por:<\/p><ul><li>Bolsas y materiales larga vida, reutilizables y\/o reciclables. Los servicios de venta de alimentos y bebidas deber\u00e1n adoptar las medidas conducentes a efectos de proporcionar, en sus l\u00edneas de caja, bolsas que sean larga vida, reutilizables o compostables, en cantidades suficientes para abastecer su actividad.<\/li><li>Materiales pl\u00e1sticos biodegradables.<\/li><li>Materiales y bolsas biodegradables confeccionadas con papel.<\/li><\/ul><p>Por consultas e informes, sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n del Programa \u201cM\u00e1s ambiente menos pl\u00e1stico\u201d comunicarse con la Direcci\u00f3n de Ambiente a <a COMERCIOS Con el fin de originar acciones ambientales e institucionales tendientes a la generaci\u00f3n de conciencia y compromiso con el ambiente, el plan determina que los establecimientos comerciales s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n utilizar, entregar y poner a disposici\u00f3n de sus clientes envoltorios, elementos de empaque o embalaje y bolsas de materiales biodegradables o reutilizables que no contengan polietileno de baja densidad. Seg\u00fan lo establecido, se suspende la entrega de bolsas pl\u00e1sticas descartables en los comercios para realizar compras.
