a la poblaci\u00f3n que se encuentra en situaci\u00f3n de mayor vulnerabilidad: los ni\u00f1os\/as, adolescentes, los adultos mayores, las personas con discapacidad,\u00a0 las mujeres y diversidades.<\/p><p>Coordinar acciones para dar cobertura a situaciones de emergencia social, articulando pol\u00edticas con otras dependencias gubernamentales y no gubernamentales de car\u00e1cter nacional, provincial y\/o municipal, p\u00fablicas o privadas.<\/p><p>Favorecer el desarrollo de la educaci\u00f3n y la cultura, respetando la libertad y rechazando toda discriminaci\u00f3n social,
